Duratio, a provider of private loans and construction financing, wanted to increase conversion rates, speed up processing and closings, and use WhatsApp in a GDPR-compliant way across the customer journey. To support these goals, the company adopted Superchat’s messaging platform and WhatsApp Business for communication with prospects and customers.
With Superchat, Duratio introduced WhatsApp templates, a Universal Inbox, and team chat to manage incoming conversations and coordinate 48 sales employees using 40 individual numbers. The result was a doubling of the conversion rate for qualified loan inquiries to 50–60% and a reduction in average turnaround time by half, while also improving internal communication and transparency.
