me&u is an Australian hospitality technology company that helps venues manage ordering, payments, and marketing. As the company scaled, its T1 and T2 Support teams were slowed by manual requests for refunds, order edits, and user updates, while enterprise customers also needed a better way to manage large numbers of venues and staff. me&u turned to Superblocks to build internal apps and customer-facing operational tools.
Using Superblocks, me&u built a Support Admin Tool and an Enterprise Venue Management app, connected securely through the Superblocks On-Premise Agent and organized across environments with Profiles. The result was faster support workflows, self-service updates for enterprise clients, and a major boost in delivery speed: me&u said it could build business apps 5x faster, shipped 8 production apps in 30 days, trained 10 semi-technical builders in 2 days, and enabled support teams to resolve customer issues in minutes.
