Mielcke & Hurtigkarl, a fine dining restaurant in Copenhagen’s Royal Danish Horticultural Gardens, wanted to move beyond an outdated reservation experience and better match the high standards of their guest journey. Using Superb’s GXM platform, Mielcke & Hurtigkarl created a customized reservation flow, required credit card confirmation to reduce late cancellations and no-shows, and let guests preselect menus and tables in advance.
