Mielcke & Hurtigkarl, a fine dining restaurant in Copenhagen’s Royal Danish Horticultural Gardens, wanted to move beyond an outdated reservation experience and better match the high standards of their guest journey. They needed a way to customize each step of the booking process while still delivering a polished first impression.
Using Superb’s GXM platform, Mielcke & Hurtigkarl created a customized reservation flow, required credit card confirmation to reduce late cancellations and no-shows, and let guests preselect menus and tables in advance. Superb also enabled the restaurant to control which individual tables were available online at specific times, helping improve service and deliver a more personal guest experience.
