Good American, an inclusive fashion brand, faced significant challenges with fraudulent orders and the need to support international shipping as their popularity grew. They engaged the vendor Sunrise Integration to develop an API integration with the fraud protection service Signifyd and to implement Pitney Bowes' Borderfree platform for global order fulfillment.

Sunrise Integration built a custom solution that automatically passed Shopify orders to Signifyd for fraud screening, cancelling fraudulent orders and preventing financial losses. They also integrated the Borderfree service, enabling automatic currency conversion and international shipping from their Shopify store. This allowed Good American to dramatically reduce fraud and successfully expand its brand reach globally. Sunrise Integration has provided ongoing support for over five years.
