Solar Juice, a solar energy distributor in Australia, faced the challenge of ensuring a consistent 24/7 clean energy supply for its warehouse and office, as it depended on the grid at night and in poor weather. They also needed an energy storage solution that was not bulky or inflexible. They turned to Sungrow for a solar and energy storage system using SH25T inverters and an SBH200 battery.

Sungrow implemented a compact, modular, and scalable DC-coupled energy storage system that fit the confined indoor space, eliminating the need for a large containerized solution. This provided the warehouse with energy independence, powering an average load of 60 kW for lighting, computers, air conditioning, and EV chargers. The Sungrow system is VPP-ready for future value creation and is scalable up to 600 kW and 3,840 kWh of storage to meet growing demands.
