EVN expands fast charging with Sungrow’s IDC180E across 3,600+ charging points

Sungrow partnered with EVN, Austria's largest charging station operator, to address the challenge of rapidly expanding its fast-charging network. EVN needed reliable, high-performance, and low-maintenance charging solutions to ensure high availability across its extensive infrastructure of over 3,600 charging points.

The solution involved deploying Sungrow's IDC180E DC fast charging stations, which offer simultaneous charging of up to 90 kW per port. These units feature IP65 and C5-rated durability and Sungrow's patented Isolated Air-Cooling Technology for stable, quiet, and minimal-maintenance operation. This partnership enabled a scalable large-scale rollout for EVN, maximizing return on investment by cutting long-term operational costs and ensuring high uptime.
