Eco Elementum (Pty) Ltd cuts outages and bills with Sungrow’s 100 kW solar ESS

Eco Elementum (Pty) Ltd, an environmental consultancy in South Africa, faced frequent power outages and high electricity costs at its Pretoria office, which disrupted operations and increased expenses. To address these challenges, the company sought a sustainable energy solution from vendor Sungrow.

Sungrow implemented a 100 kW rooftop solar PV system featuring four SH25T hybrid inverters and four SBR256 batteries. This solution provided an uninterrupted power supply during outages, significantly reduced electricity bills, and created potential for future revenue by selling excess energy. The scalable design also allows for future expansion to power the entire park.
