Experian, one of the three leading U.S. credit bureaus, needed to boost free-to-paid subscription upgrades and lift customer satisfaction by making credit information easier to understand and more engaging. To meet that challenge it partnered with SundaySky to create a personalized, data-driven video program that educates customers about their credit health and deepens engagement across free and premium subscribers.

SundaySky delivered automated, personalized video walkthroughs that play on initial portal login and remain embedded on each customer’s Reports page, using individual credit data and a modular scene library to tailor content at scale. The program produced a 48% lift in free-to-paid upgrades, a 65% average view rate and 41% completion rate, with 82% of viewers calling the video “extremely helpful,” alongside measurable gains in engagement and customer satisfaction.
