SundaySky partnered with Comcast to address retention and loyalty by encouraging existing Xfinity customers eligible for an X1 promotional upgrade to move to the new platform. The challenge was to drive upgrades and reduce churn and related care costs while improving overall customer experience and NPS for customers beyond their first 90 days.

Using its SmartVideo Platform, SundaySky sent personalized video emails to eligible customers that highlighted X1 features and capabilities to motivate upgrades. The campaign drove service upgrades and delivered measurable benefits: reduced churn and care costs, and positive impacts on customer experience and NPS.
