During CV-19, Sunbit Helps A Dealership Service Center Generate An Extra $124K In Revenue

Rock Honda, a 30-year-old family-run dealership in Fontana, CA, faced the challenge of keeping customers safely on the road and preserving revenue during the COVID-19 downturn. To help customers afford needed repairs, Rock Honda implemented Sunbit’s onsite financing/easy finance tool so customers could spread payments and avoid walking away from service.

Sunbit’s solution included onsite coaching for service advisors and offering financing as an amenity, which drove adoption and conversions. With Sunbit technology, Rock Honda generated an additional ~$124K in revenue in March–April, saw $61,829 in customer-pay sales per month, an average repair order of $612 across 202 Sunbit transactions, a 92.8% approval rate and 77.3% conversion—with 75% of Sunbit purchases representing sales that would otherwise have been lost.
