Misys implemented SumTotal Talent Expansion (Learn, Compensation, Performance and Workforce Analytics) on the SumTotal elixHR platform, partnering with Veran Performance to deploy learning catalogs and integrated talent processes. The system—built in about five months for ~4,500 people in ~50 countries—delivered 100% alignment of individual goals to company goals, 95% employee logon, and a single report consolidating merit reviews, bonus payments and promotion proposals.
