A global digital bank serving 1.6 million customers across 31 countries (and ~15,000 employees) relied on fast, software-driven delivery for banking, mortgage, wealth and SMB services. The bank adopted Sumo Logic’s cloud-native Continuous Intelligence Platform to centralize AWS and Google Cloud logs, build custom dashboards, and analyze ~416 GB/day of telemetry across production and test environments. That single-pane visibility (45,000 monthly searches) let teams detect and fix issues within seconds, accelerated releases to about 100 per day, enabled a smooth cloud-to-cloud migration of 70 microservices handling 2,000 TPS, and supported an award-winning Workspace integration for team collaboration.
