Summize provided a CLM platform that integrated with Slack to enable self-service contract creation. By first redesigning their templates for simplicity, Thought Machine automated the process within Slack, allowing business users to generate their own agreements. This solution drastically reduced legal's administrative workload; the volume of NDAs requiring legal input dropped from 80% to 10%. In under six months, over 300 self-service NDAs were created, empowering departments and accelerating the business.
