The MacLaren Art Centre is a regional cultural hub in Barrie that serves over 46,000 participants annually through exhibitions, art classes, school programs like VanGo, tours and community events. With a large base of Friends, annual donors, Patron’s Circle members and business supporters, the gallery faced the operational challenge of managing extensive programming and fundraising while adopting a new management system.

Over several years Sumac’s ongoing updates and expanded tools have helped the gallery manage its relationships and activities more effectively, allowing it to sustain strong community support that underpins its success.
