The American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP) sought to address the significant documentation burden and physician burnout prevalent in family medicine, a problem exacerbated by traditional EHR systems. Suki implemented its AI Assistant, which uses voice and AI to help physicians complete visit notes, for a 30-day trial with 132 clinicians. The solution significantly reduced median documentation time per note by 72% for those who adopted it, resulting in an estimated time savings of 3.3 hours per clinician per week. This led to improved satisfaction with workload and overall practice. Suki achieved a 60% adoption rate among participants who completed the trial, demonstrating the product's effectiveness and value for physicians facing high documentation burdens.
