PT Frisian Flag Indonesia (FFI), a major dairy and nutrition company, needed a user-friendly intranet portal to serve as a single gateway for its many internal applications. Their challenge was to create a portal that was easy to use and could effectively accommodate all their business process tools. To achieve this, they engaged the digital agency Suitmedia for web application development to design a system prototype with great UI/UX.

Suitmedia's solution involved a comprehensive process of research, design, and testing to enhance the user experience for the FFI Portal. This approach ensured the final prototype was both visually pleasing and highly functional before moving to development. The result was a user-friendly design and wireframe that successfully accommodated all of FFI's application needs, which Suitmedia then implemented as the frontend and integrated with FFI's technical team.
