PT Erlangga Mahameru, a major Indonesian educational publisher, faced the challenge of unifying its eight disparate digital applications into a single, user-friendly educational platform. The fragmented systems created an inconsistent and inefficient experience for students, teachers, and parents. To address this, Erlangga engaged Suitmedia to design an intuitive Superapp website that would serve as a centralized portal for all its services.

Suitmedia implemented a user-centered design strategy, creating a new Superapp website with simplified navigation and single sign-on. The solution integrated the various applications, allowing users to access learning materials, complete tasks, and manage classes from one entry point. This resulted in a seamless and engaging user journey, eliminating the need for multiple logins and significantly increasing efficiency and consistency for Erlangga's digital ecosystem.
