Ministry of Finance unifies e-licensing into one app with Suitmedia

The Ministry of Finance's Center for Supervision of Financial Service (PPPK) faced the challenge of simplifying its workflow and boosting productivity. Its existing e-GovPPPK application, initially a reporting database, needed to be updated and integrated with the ministry's broader Elsa platform. The ministry engaged digital agency Suitmedia to undertake this modernization.

Suitmedia rebuilt the e-GovPPPK e-licensing application using AngularJS for the frontend and Asp.net web api for the backend. This integration into the Elsa platform created a seamless, single application for online professional licensing. As a result, Suitmedia's solution provided a better and faster process for users seeking PPPK services, significantly improving the user experience.
