Jasa Marga, Indonesia's largest state-owned toll road operator, faced significant challenges with fragmented and inefficient document management across its departments. To address this, the company partnered with vendor Suitmedia to overhaul its incomplete Electronic Service Note (NDE) application and digitize its archival infrastructure.

Suitmedia developed the Archive Digitization solution by extending the NDE application with three core features covering the full document lifecycle: standardized creation with mandatory metadata, centralized archiving for retrieval, and automated disposition for compliance. This system was made mandatory for all users. As a result, Jasa Marga achieved complete standardization, ensured regulatory compliance, made institutional knowledge persistent, and gained full visibility into its documentary landscape.
