Institut Teknologi Bandung reaches 37,000 active users with Suitmedia's MySIX app

Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB) faced the challenge of its academic information system being limited to a web platform, which restricted accessibility and created inefficiencies for its students and lecturers. To enhance the user experience and provide seamless access to critical academic information, ITB partnered with vendor Suitmedia to develop the MySIX mobile application.

Suitmedia implemented the MySIX mobile app, which features a user-centered design developed through comprehensive UX research and is fully integrated with ITB's existing systems. The solution achieved significant adoption with approximately 15,080 downloads and 37,000 active users, greatly improving accessibility and supporting the academic community's learning and administrative activities. ITB expressed high satisfaction with Suitmedia's work and endorsed the vendor for future projects.
