Institut Teknologi Bandung modernizes academic services in 2024–2025 with Suitmedia

Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB), a leading state university, faced challenges with its rigid and unintuitive SIX academic platform, which hindered students from exploring cross-disciplinary programs. To modernize its digital access and better communicate its evolving curriculum, ITB partnered with vendor Suitmedia to design and develop a new robust web platform.

Suitmedia implemented a solution featuring a modern UI/UX design and real-time data integration with the existing SIX backend. This provided structured and user-friendly access to comprehensive academic information, automating processes and reducing administrative burdens. The result was a more efficient and adaptable platform that empowers students and lecturers with accurate, up-to-date information, supporting ITB's vision for world-class academic services.
