CrossFit Lodo - Customer Case Study

CrossFit Lodo, led by owner and coach Ryan Anderson, is a two-facility gym serving over 300 athletes with eight coaches and a “zen” coaching philosophy. Their challenge was providing an easy, centralized way for members to track WODs and performance and to connect athletes across classes—after using a homemade system called SuperWOD they adopted SugarWOD about two years ago as a workout-tracking and member-engagement solution.

SugarWOD is used to push daily WODs, track individual progress, and post announcements, giving coaches a central system to credit athletes and stay connected even when they aren’t coaching that day. By implementing SugarWOD, CrossFit Lodo scaled its coaching impact across both locations, improved athlete connectivity and healthy competitiveness, and made performance numbers readily accessible to members.
