Crossmint, a developer-first infrastructure provider for crypto and payments, needed a way to automate project setup and credential provisioning for developers and AI agents without relying on dashboard-based workflows. To solve this, Crossmint turned to Stytch and its Connected Apps product to create a secure, UI-less authentication flow built for CLI use.

By integrating the Stytch Node SDK into its CLI, Crossmint enabled OAuth device code authentication, short-lived scoped tokens, and automated project provisioning without manual steps or leaked secrets. With Stytch, Crossmint cut setup time from about 5 minutes to under 60 seconds, reduced quickstart times by 90%, and reported zero leaked secrets.
