Cielo24 provides searchable captions, media data, and media intelligence for media platform partners in online education, enterprise, news, and entertainment. To support its inhouse development team, Cielo24 needed help on a series of complex projects because of limited internal bandwidth and was looking for skilled developers who could build and maintain its product.

Cielo24 hired STX Next for frontend and backend development, using Django, jQuery, PostgreSQL, and Papertrail. STX Next initially joined with a few developers and was later selected as Cielo24’s sole outsourcing partner based on technical capabilities and previous experience. The work helped improve the quality and stability of the product, and the service delivered closed captions just a few hours after video upload.
