Lullaby Trust creates a more accessible charity website for 3 babies a week with Studio Republic

The Lullaby Trust, a charity dedicated to preventing sudden infant death syndrome (SIDS) and supporting bereaved families, faced challenges with an outdated and difficult-to-navigate website. The site created fragmented user experiences for vulnerable visitors and featured a clunky donor journey that lacked engaging storytelling, impacting conversions. Following a rebrand, their challenge was to translate the new identity into a digital experience that was visually cohesive, practical, accessible, and emotionally considerate for diverse audience groups. Studio Republic was engaged for this web design and build project.

Studio Republic conducted scoping workshops across UX, brand, and development to define a streamlined, user-focused site structure. They translated the brand into a compelling digital experience with a mobile-first approach, ensuring high performance and accessibility. The vendor integrated a more user-friendly payment provider to streamline the donation process and implemented an intuitive event registration system. The result is a purposeful digital platform that serves as a vital resource, successfully harmonizing brand storytelling with functionality for the charity's diverse audiences.
