Westminster City Council secures Soho flagship site with Studio One’s branded hoardings for 40 Beak Street

Studio One was engaged by Westminster City Council to provide perimeter hoarding for a high-profile new-build project at 40 Beak Street in Soho, London. The challenge was to secure the construction site for both privacy ahead of the architectural reveal and for the safety of passing pedestrians, while also creating a finish that was befitting of the prestigious development.

The solution implemented by Studio One involved producing multiple panels of branded, pantone-matched graphics that were UV direct printed and finished with an anti-graffiti laminate. The premium look was completed with colour-coded green screws, capping, and skirting. The result was a hoarding that added to the character of the area and garnered positive interest, with the project being recognized for its style and beauty, winning many high-profile awards.
