Marriott rolls out Twistar with Studio Graphene and wins several product and innovation awards

Studio Graphene partnered with Twistar, an IoT customer feedback device company, to help bring their innovative concept to life. The challenge was to build a stable and intuitive application for a circular screen that operated solely with a rotate-and-push dial, requiring a completely new user experience design to capture various types of real-time customer feedback.

Studio Graphene engineered the solution across both hardware and software, building the device on an open Android OS and creating a comprehensive Node.js admin console. The solution included a unique voice feedback feature with local sentiment analysis to protect user privacy. As a result, the robust product was successfully rolled out with Marriott as part of their incubator program, winning several innovation awards.
