High Speed Two supports 22,000 jobs with Studio 24

Studio 24 was engaged by High Speed Two (HS2) to address the challenge of making thousands of supply chain job opportunities easily accessible. The project's goal was to create a centralized Job Brokerage platform that would bring together diverse roles from all HS2 contractors, making it easier for applicants to search and apply while providing HS2 with insights into job creation.

The solution developed by Studio 24 was a Laravel-based admin system integrated with the main HS2 WordPress site. It automated the aggregation of job listings from numerous different Application Tracking Systems (ATS) used by partners, creating a consistent and intuitive search experience for job seekers. The platform was a significant success, resulting in 99,965 clicks on job posts and 2,154 jobs posted within its first year, effectively supporting HS2's goal of creating over 22,000 roles.
