The solution implemented by Stuart leveraged Nespresso's retail boutiques as micro-fulfilment centers, enabling deliveries by bicycle couriers. This resulted in a completely green service that delivers orders in under two hours within key UK cities. The partnership has achieved a 98% on-time delivery rate and significantly reduced the carbon footprint of each delivery by cutting out traditional distribution centers and utilizing pedal power. Stuart's model also integrated a seamless recycling process for used coffee pods.
