The Co-op, a UK supermarket, wanted to set a new benchmark for fast, on-demand grocery delivery to meet rising consumer demand for digital convenience. They partnered with the delivery platform Stuart to create a solution.

Stuart implemented a seamless end-to-end service, leveraging its UK-wide courier network and Ship from Store model. This resulted in Co-op's fastest delivery service yet, with 1-hour and 2-hour delivery slots, live order tracking, and 95% of orders arriving on time across 350 stores. Stuart also helped drive a 400% growth in the service's adoption during the pandemic, with strong demand remaining post-lockdown. The partnership, built on aligned sustainability and community values, was expanded to include 1-hour delivery across all Co-op stores by 2023.
