Ingram Micro Cloud, a global cloud marketplace serving 55,000+ reseller partners across 55+ countries, needed to move beyond transactional relationships and scale demand generation and sales enablement globally. To provide partners a single access point and give vendors a way to create and update content in multiple languages, Ingram engaged StructuredWeb to build a multi-tier channel marketing and sales automation hub using customizable partner and vendor portals plus marketing automation features.

StructuredWeb delivered a self-service, customizable partner portal and vendor portal with marketing automation, enablement assets and portal analytics, all configurable for 55+ markets and translatable into 10 languages. The StructuredWeb solution centralized go‑to‑market resources, significantly increased partner engagement and portal activity, onboarded over 30 new vendors to date, and helped drive growth in total SaaS seats within Ingram’s marketplace.
