DPR Construction used StructionSite’s 360° photo documentation tool on a large life sciences research building project in South San Francisco to improve its in-wall QC workflow. The team needed a more efficient way to capture conditions before, during, and after wall closures, track issues by room and floor, and reduce wasted field visits and information requests.

With StructionSite, DPR implemented a simple, repeatable workflow where QC foremen captured 360° images for each Takt area, linked non-conformance items to Autodesk BIM 360 Field Checklists, and documented progress through drywall completion. The result was stronger communication across trades, faster issue resolution, more efficient meetings, and a vendor-neutral turnover package, with more than 2,300 360° photos collected for the 300,000 sq. ft., 9-story building.
