Drybar’s New Director of ERP Systems Is Blown Away by Strongpoint

Drybar, a national chain of hair salons, needed help managing a heavily customized NetSuite environment after a corporate acquisition split its business in two. When Diara Burris became Director of ERP Systems, she had to quickly understand a complex system with limited tribal knowledge, while also keeping ERP changes under control. Using StrongPoint’s Entity Relationship Diagram, change management features, noncompliant change reports, and automated search cleanup, Drybar gained visibility into dependencies, reviewed and tracked changes more effectively, and cleaned up unused saved searches. StrongPoint helped Burris identify more than 2,000 search cleanup candidates without deleting anything still in use, while also improving oversight of customizations and reducing risk as the team adopted more formal change processes.
