CaseWare, a company serving the audit and accounting industry, was struggling with scattered access management across multiple secret repositories and undocumented legacy access patterns. With strongDM, CaseWare implemented SSO and SCIM integrations, plus custom middleware tied to PagerDuty, so developers could receive just-in-time access during incidents and handle alerts directly. The result was faster incident response, smoother day-one onboarding, better control over infrastructure access, and a stronger security posture. CaseWare also reported that strongDM helped them respond to the log4j vulnerability quickly, with decision makers able to log in within 15 seconds and session playback available for review.
