Omnicore, an eCommerce partner for Adidas Ukraine, sought to improve the efficiency of its customer survey emails in order to increase response rates and gather more feedback. Their challenge was to create a more engaging and effective survey format compared to their previous standard HTML emails. They partnered with Stripo to implement a new solution.

The solution implemented by Stripo involved creating two versions of the survey: a standard HTML email and a new AMP email that allowed recipients to vote directly within the message body without being redirected to an external website. This AMP component was built and edited using Stripo's email design platform. The results were significant, with the AMP version achieving a form completion rate as high as 90.8%, dramatically outperforming the HTML version's peak of 31.8%. This led to a user response rate increase of 2.5 times, providing Omnicore with vastly more customer feedback and demonstrating the powerful impact of Stripo's AMP email technology.
