A Stripe Case Study
Zoom, the video-collaboration company, faced rapid global growth that strained its payment infrastructure and made it harder to support local payment preferences as it expanded into new markets. To keep growing internationally, Zoom needed a payments partner from Stripe that could integrate easily with its existing systems, add alternative payment methods, and help reduce involuntary churn.
Stripe implemented the Payment Element, Stripe Payments, Stripe Sigma, and Radar to give Zoom a secure, scalable payments stack with better acceptance, reporting, and fraud protection. With Stripe, Zoom can now roll out about one new payment method per month, launch options like Furikomi, Sofort, iDEAL, and P24/BLIK, and reduce churn from expired or lost cards while improving global revenue and payment performance.
