UNTOLD Dubai Launches International Ticket Sales in Days with Stripe

UNTOLD wanted to launch its Dubai festival and start international ticket sales on a tight timeline, but needed a payment partner that could support UAE compliance, multiple currencies, fast payouts, high transaction volume, and fraud protection. UNTOLD partnered with Stripe and used Stripe Payments to build the ticketing platform, along with Stripe Radar and the Payment Element to create a secure, seamless checkout experience.

With Stripe, UNTOLD launched ticket sales in less than a week, accepted payments in currencies including euros, UAE dirhams, and Romanian lei, and received funds within two weeks. Stripe’s infrastructure supported more than 10,000 tickets sold in the first week without downtime, while Radar helped block fraud and the Payment Element saved time and development effort.
