Typeform, a maker of dynamic online forms and surveys used to generate more than 650,000 typeforms daily, needed a global billing solution that could charge monthly and annual subscription fees, integrate with existing systems, and scale with the business. The company also wanted to add payments functionality to its forms so customers could collect orders directly within surveys and forms.

Typeform implemented Stripe Billing, Payments, and Connect to power subscriptions and in-form payments. Billing’s flexibility let them launch three paid plans plus a free tier with monthly or annual billing and automated tax and financial reporting, removing manual work. Using Connect to add payments into typeforms created a new revenue stream while streamlining billing and reporting processes.
