TixTrack, a Los Angeles-based event technology company serving major theaters, museums, attractions, and immersive experiences, needed a payment partner that could support its move from seat allocation to a full ticketing platform. With Stripe, TixTrack unified onboarding, reporting, account management, and payouts across its platform, and added Stripe Terminal to support box-office transactions and omnichannel payments. The result was 175+ managed accounts consolidated into a single secure platform and more than 20 hours of weekly reporting work reduced to under an hour. By using Stripe, TixTrack also expanded payment flexibility for clients, helping improve ticket conversion and support growth across in-person and online sales.
