Stripe expands partnership with Wix to provide powerful omnichannel solutions for businesses

Wix, a global SaaS platform with over 200 million users, faced a shift as businesses moved from online-only operations during the pandemic to hybrid models that require seamless in-person and online sales. To solve this, Wix expanded its long-running partnership with Stripe to integrate Stripe Terminal into Wix POS, built on top of Stripe Connect, enabling unified payment processing and a 360° view of business activity. The integration unlocked in-person payments for US customers, keeps retail and eCommerce synced, and helped early adopters—like Evolve Clothing Gallery—scale quickly (reporting ~30% week-over-week growth), while positioning Wix to expand payment and treasury offerings globally.
