Semble selects Stripe to merge healthcare SaaS with payment solutions

Semble, a healthcare SaaS platform founded in 2018, wanted to combine patient management with secure, integrated payments so clinics could handle the full patient journey in one place. The company needed a PCI-compliant solution that supported online and in-person payments, reduced fraud risk, and simplified subscription billing and reconciliation. Stripe provided the payments infrastructure Semble used to meet these goals.

Semble implemented Stripe Connect, Radar, Elements, Billing, and later Stripe Terminal to power Semble Pay, enabling online and offline payments directly inside its software. With Stripe, Semble automated billing and reporting, improved reconciliation, and achieved strong security with near-zero fraud. The platform has processed more than £100 million in online transactions for over 1,000 customers, while also reducing invoice management time and speeding up payment processing.
