QikServe, a hospitality technology provider founded to simplify mobile ordering and payments, needed a way to scale its new QikServe Payments platform across markets while speeding up merchant onboarding, improving payout speed, and adding fraud protection. To support that growth, QikServe used Stripe Payments and expanded its partnership with Stripe when launching QikServe Payments.
Stripe helped QikServe implement Stripe Connect Express, Stripe Elements, and Stripe Radar for Fraud Teams, with support from Stripe professional services to accelerate the rollout. The result: onboarding time dropped to minutes in many cases, merchant onboarding tripled in 12 months, processing volume grew 856% in the first year, about two million transactions were processed in less than two years, and fraud fell to 0.01% while payouts became available in as little as one day.
