Mobile app Payment partners with Stripe to support more than 153K users with no-code solutions

Payment, a mobile point-of-sale app from PocketVendor, needed a simple no-code way for small businesses to connect in-person payments with online commerce and Stripe’s payment infrastructure. Using Stripe Payments and especially Stripe Connect, Payment let merchants log in with a Stripe ID, accept payments quickly, and avoid the custom development typically required for in-person checkout.

Stripe also enabled Payment to expand its offering with Stripe Terminal, Billing, Invoicing, Tax, and Radar, giving users a unified system for payouts, subscriptions, inventory, and tax automation. The results were significant: Payment has processed more than $555 million in sales for over 153,000 customers worldwide, supported more than 6,300 Stripe readers and 2,400+ Tap to Pay on iPhone connections, and helped merchants process over $100 million per year through Stripe Billing and Terminal together.
