Lynk & Co partners with Stripe experts to create a hassle-free payment experience

LYNK & CO needed a new payment provider to meet EU PSD2 compliance requirements while improving the payment experience across its mix of subscriptions, car sharing, one-time car sales, and service payments. To support that goal, LYNK & CO selected Stripe, along with Stripe Professional Services, after an RFP process to help balance payments across its ecosystem and make checkout smoother for riders, drivers, and customers.

Stripe implemented Stripe Connect and provided integration guidance for a seven-month PSD2-compliant rollout, including a custom migration flow and KYC support. As a result, LYNK & CO launched its car-sharing offering across all seven active markets in one day and saw significant growth in borrowers, sharers, and bookings over the following six months, while gaining better payment visibility through the Stripe Dashboard.
