InVideo, a video-creation platform, was growing rapidly as generative AI boosted demand, but that growth exposed problems in its billing and payments systems. InVideo turned to Stripe, using Stripe Payments and Stripe Billing, along with Stripe’s checkout and fraud tools, to support its global customer base.
Stripe helped InVideo migrate its billing stack in about one month and improve renewal recovery with Smart Retries, raising failed payment recovery from 23% to 30%. Stripe’s payment optimisations increased revenue by more than $1 million, while the Optimized Checkout Suite made it easier to add methods like Link, which now handles 37% of transactions, and saved thousands of developer hours. With Stripe Radar for Fraud Teams and professional services support, InVideo also reduced fraudulent transactions and achieved more than $1 million in annual savings.
