A Stripe Case Study
Ignition, the client engagement and commerce platform for service businesses, wanted to automate payment collection and late-payment follow-up for its customers while delivering a seamless global checkout experience. It needed a payments provider that could support multiple currencies, local payment methods, and local verification requirements as it expanded beyond Australia, so it turned to Stripe Payments and Connect.
Stripe helped Ignition launch integrated payments in the U.S. and then expand internationally, later adding products like Connect Onboarding, Identity, Radar, and Financial Connections. With Stripe, Ignition now supports nine payment methods across six markets, and customers save an average of three hours per week on billing plus six hours per week on collecting and reconciling payments; Ignition has also engaged over 1.1 million clients and processed more than AUD 3.6 billion in client payments since 2015.
