HubSpot, the CRM and inbound marketing platform, wanted to add billing and payments to its expanding Commerce Hub so customers could consolidate more of their tech stack. To do that, HubSpot chose Stripe as its payments partner, looking for a flexible, developer-friendly solution that could support white-labeled payments, existing payment accounts, recurring billing, and international payment methods.
Using Stripe Connect, Stripe Payments, and the Optimized Checkout Suite, HubSpot built flexible invoicing and payment capabilities, including HubSpot Payments and a bring-your-own-Stripe option. The result: Commerce Hub now serves more than 16,000 merchants, improves revenue and operational efficiency, and supports global payment methods such as ACH, SEPA, PADs, and BECS; Stripe’s Link has also been adopted by 26% of HubSpot users.
