Hapana, a global gym management platform, needed to scale beyond boutique gyms to serve enterprise, multisite fitness franchises. As its customer base grew, it had to manage complex payment flows, offer localized payment methods, support compliance across countries, and provide stronger support for larger customers using Stripe.

Working with Stripe, Hapana upgraded its existing Connect integration, adopted Stripe-hosted onboarding and the Payment Element, and added Link plus a paid Premium Support plan. Stripe helped Hapana automate fund splitting, set flexible pricing, and expand into new markets; as a result, Hapana increased fitness locations by 43.2%, now processes $300 million AUD annually, grew to 87% multisite franchise customers, and expanded from 8 to 17 countries.
