FareHarbor, a tours and activities booking platform, needed faster, simpler ways for operators to handle contactless payments and check-ins as tourism demand rebounded. The result was a steady 10% weekly increase in user adoption, faster transactions, and easier pop-up operations; one customer reduced payment time from 2–2.5 minutes to just 10–20 seconds per transaction after setup, which took only 10 minutes.
