Eucalyptus expands its healthcare platform into Europe with Stripe

Eucalyptus, a digital healthcare platform delivering telehealth services for men’s health, fertility, dermatology, and obesity, wanted a reliable way to manage payments as it expanded beyond Australia. The company needed simple subscription billing, secure medication access for verified patients, and a payments setup that could support growth into new markets with different local payment preferences. Stripe helped Eucalyptus scale its healthcare offering while maintaining visibility and confidence in its financial operations.

Eucalyptus implemented Stripe Payments, Billing, and Radar to centralize billing, automate fraud and risk management, and support international expansion. Stripe also helped Eucalyptus prepare for Strong Customer Authentication in the EU and UK. The results included a more than 4.83% uplift in transaction acceptance for its Kin Fertility brand in 2022 and a 2.45% uplift in authorization rates for its Pilot brand, along with faster access to business insights and smoother global payments.
